Who we are

Wrightwood Consulting ("we", "us", "our") provides building safety, cladding remediation and Building Safety Act compliance consultancy services. This policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through our website, in particular our remediation review enquiry form.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your role in relation to the building (e.g. leaseholder, freeholder, managing agent)
• Details about the building, including its location, height, current remediation status and funding status
• Any documents or photographs you choose to upload (e.g. FRAEW reports, EWS1 certificates)
• Any additional information you include in the free-text section of the form

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. Loading our web fonts involves your browser making a request to Google's servers to download font files.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to and assess your enquiry
• Prepare for and carry out any consultation, assessment or project work you engage us for
• Send you relevant updates about our services, where you have not opted out of this
• Meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations

Our legal basis for processing

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the enquiry form) to contact you about your enquiry, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business. Where we go on to provide contracted services, we process data as necessary to perform that contract and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf
• Professional partners directly engaged on your project (e.g. fire engineers, surveyors), only where relevant to delivering the work and with your knowledge
• Regulators or authorities where we are legally required to disclose information

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a client relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus a period afterwards to meet our legal, contractual and professional-indemnity obligations. If your enquiry does not proceed to further engagement, we will delete or anonymise your data after a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it
• Object to our processing, or ask for your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from any updates
